About us

Eckert & Ziegler Cesio is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of radioactive sources for industrial, analytical and medical applications. Our product range includes mostly alpha, beta and gamma sources with Cs-137, Co-60, Am-241 and Kr-85 radioisotopes; and neutron sources with Am-241/Be. We also supply sources with other radioisotopes produced either by our sister companies or other manufacturers. We provide export, import and distribution of radioactive sources and related services, such as acceptance tests, long-term stability tests and operating stability tests of sealed radioactive sources, consulting services regarding application of radioisotopes, transport of radioactive consignments within the Czech Republic and recycling of radioactive sources. We can arrange manufacturing and supply of special devices and tools used for source handling.

We employ 25 qualified staff members in our facility located in Prague, mainly specialized chemists and engineers.

We sell our products to Czech and Slovak customers directly, supplies to other countries are coordinated with our international distributors.
